I love to educate and advocate in all areas of health and wellness. I've been a stay at home mom of three for almost 20 years and in that time I've reinvented my job description. As I like to say I'm a jack of all trades",,,,,from a CPA to a Health Coach to a Clean Beauty Educator.
My passion is wellness.......and my motto is BE WELL.
Bottom line I am a dot connector, promoting others in their ventures and sharing the GOOD.
